Is it REALLY only $19 for 100 cards? |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Yes! For residents outside of Missouri, $19 will get you 100 cards will a full color
front and black and white back. For Missouri residents, we are required to charge
the state sales tax, which will add a little to the total, but the base price of
$19 for 100 cards still stands. |

Why does it cost $5 to get a proof? |
|
|
|
|
|
In order for us to be able to offer such low quantities at affordable prices, some
‘perks’ needed to be trimmed. Sending proofs, whether by email or fax, adds time
and expense to the built-in cost of setup and processing, not to mention possibly
holds up the order if there is any trouble getting the proof to you, or back from
you. The $5 charge covers any phone charges and manual manipulation necessary to
send a proof.

Can you fax me a proof instead of emailing it? |
|
|
|
|
|
We can fax you a proof if you prefer, but we strongly encourage email proofing as
delivery is faster and more reliable.
Be sure to tell us your fax number in your "Customer Notes" section and that you
would like your proof faxed. You'll still need to click on the "send fax"
checkbox in your order in order to have a fax sent.
Please note, because of the volume of orders we can not call first before sending
your fax.

I just got my cards and there is an error on them.

We work very hard to ensure that your order is accurately produced exactly the way
you entered it. Unfortunately, we’re all human and honest mistakes can happen.
If it is our error, we would certainly do whatever necessary to make things right.
We pride ourselves on superior customer service, and providing good quality products
for affordable prices.
However, if the information was originally typed in incorrectly and approved as
is, we’re afraid there isn’t much we can do. This is why it’s very important that
you check and double-check each and every piece of information you provide, especially
the contact and property information. We can usually—not ALWAYS, but USUALLY—catch
little typos in the verbiage, but would have no idea if your phone number is incorrect,
for example. |

Do postcards really work in the internet age? |
|
|
|
|
|
Postcards have always been an effective means of marketing, and the onset of the
internet hasn’t changed that. Much like the newspaper, the internet is cluttered
with thousands of other home listings competing with you. Additionally, internet
searches are something your prospects have to actively go and do.
Postcards, on the other hand, are completely passive. They're in your prospect's
hand without competing with the clutter of other properties, and they're so quickly
and easily read, usually you've given your message even before the reader realizes
it.
Neither postcard or internet marketing should be used alone. Rather each should
enhance the other to give your marketing program well rounded and complete coverage.
Sending postcards accomplishes three things:
1. DIRECT MARKETING - They put your name and contact info right in front of your
prospects, on something they can keep for later reference.
2. TARGET MARKET - They help you get through all the clutter of those hundreds of
tiny newspaper ads and reach the people who might actually be interested in your
listing. (Sure the newspaper goes to a large group of readers, but what good does
it do if 90% of the subscribers are too far away from your listing to care?)
3. COOPERATIVE MARKETING – List your website on the cards along with your phone
numbers and encourage potential buyers and sellers to visit. They’ll see how good
you are at your job and will be more likely to call when they’re ready for a move. |

Can you address and mail my cards for me?
Can you make a custom card for me? |

At this time ListedSoldPostcards.com does not offer these services in order to provide
you with fast service and low prices. However, at our sister site
www.Postcards4You.com, you’ll find mailing service information, as well
as the ability to order custom-designed cards. |
